Our stay at Damian’s was great. I was given very clear check in instructions and when we arrived there was no key in the box we were told. I called and someone was able to help over the phone and it was smoothed over within minutes so that was great. As many have mentioned it’s a good location easy to walk to town but up a big hill. My partner and I walked into and out of town multiple times a day on our stay no problem but if that is a problem for you have a plan. We also asked for late checkout since we were heading to the airport later that afternoon and didn’t want to have to rush out with all our stuff and Damian allowed it no problem.

A beautiful stay for our first time in Tamarindo! The space itself was clean, clutter free, and extremely cool (great air conditioners!!!) In addition to this, there was an outdoor space to sit and have meals as well as the pool. Damian was super responsive and made great suggestions in terms of how to get from Liberia to Tamarindo. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach and local restaurants which my boyfriend and I did enjoy. The area itself was peaceful and convenient considering there’s a grocery store right at the end of the road. Overall would absolutely stay again.

The place was really nice looked identical to a photos , it was in a very peaceful area not too far from from the beach and restaurants. Pool was very clean and relaxing . The host was very responsive. Thank you for having us. Definitely recommend!!!

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment is perfectly tucked away so you can't hear any of the nightlife on the Main Street but it's also close enough to walk to everything. Though it is very walkable, the road to get to the apartment is VERY steep so on days when it feels like 45 degrees celsius, it can become a difficult walk. My husband and I are both in our early 30s and are fairly active so we did choose to do the walk even though we had a car but either having a car or renting a golf cart would be good options to get down the hill as well. With all that said, we would absolutely stay here again!!! Damian was very quick to respond any time we had any questions, the location is amazing and the apartment itself was perfect for us. I also have to mention that the bed is huge and very comfortable!! Very happy with our stay and we hope to be back soon 🙂

Damian was very responsive and accommodated holding our luggage when we arrived early as well as a late check out on our final day. He was super flexible which I really really appreciated! He also got us extra pillows when asked 🙂 The AirBNB is walkable to the beach and many restaurants. It’s up a decently steep hill so may be worth renting a moto or ATV - however we did not… eventually got used to the walk though can be hot and sunny for those that don’t rent just FYI! Pool was great to cool off in and get some sun depending on time of day. Would love to visit again!!

The Host was very flexible with our early check-in and very accommodating due to our early morning arrival in Tamarindo with luggage, etc. Instructions were clear and straight forward. We appreciated the Host's responsiveness and check-ins to ensure we were satisfied and taken care of. We highly recommend the Host and the accommodation! It is in a great location allowing for safe and peaceful nights while still being a short walk away from the main strip, restaurants, markets and beach access.

Me gustó mucho la distribución del apartamento. me hubiese gustado tener dos almohadas por persona y que la piscina le limpiaran las hojas que le caen de forma diaria. sin embargo volvería sin duda alguna!

My stay was great. All we needed for a 5 day visit. Super modern and kitchen is fully equipped. It’s walkable to everything but it isn’t an easy walk. (Steep hills) would definitely return. Pool was great too!

Damian’s property was exactly as described. It was great value for the money. Unfortunately our flight connection was missed so we only spent the two of the three scheduled nights there. It was definitely walkable to town, but we ended up driving to dinner both nights since the hills were quite steep. The check in instructions were clear and easy to access the property. The property itself was clean and comfortable. Damian was not super responsive as a host, but he did send someone to fix the safe when it wasn’t working. Would def recommend the property for your stay in tamarindo.

Spacious unit located a 10 minute walk to the centre of town. The walk to the unit is uphill so anyone with mobility issues will need a transport of some sort. Great value for price and would easily choose this location again.

This apartment is the perfect stay in Tamarindo! The unit is way bigger than it looks in the photos and the bed upstairs is huge. The decor is so modern and cute and it’s a perfect walking distance to the shops and beach in Tamarindo! Very responsive host. Would definitely recommend this for friends or family!

We had an initial problem with the automated system as it didn't give us our check in details on the day. Damian came by in person to apologise. Loved the apartment and the proximity to town. There is a bit of a hill so be aware if you have mobility problems -you will need a car or taxi, but otherwise on a 5 -7 mins walk to the centre. Loads of restaurants . Feels very private and the poolside is peaceful. Feels like a private estate. Big comfortable bed and we slept well. The apartment is well appointed and feels like home from home (we liked to prepare our meals) It was a perfect location for everything including the beach (10 mins) We saw iguanas, parakeets and even a howler monkey cone for the papaya on the tree outside. Wonderful! Although rainy season, we had some fab sunny days. I would definitely rebook to stay here again.

Unser Appartment war super. Sehr schön und modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht und man fühlt sich extrem wohl. Die Bäder sind auch super und sehr geschmackvoll, wären allerdings mit entkalkten Armaturen noch schöner 😉 Schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht bleiben konnten in Tamarindo. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort zu Damian gehen.

Fin de semana con mi hija, excelente lugar, muy céntrico, a 500 metros del centro, un Vindi cerca y todo el comercio y atractivo de Tamarindo. Se agradece los dos baños, el área de cocina excelente. Reportamos el cofee maker pues estaba quebrado y no lo cambiaron, pero fue algo menor. Hay que subir escaleras y podría dificultarse para personas mayores, en nuestro caso estuvo perfecto y el hecho que quede de esa forma permite una mejor vista al atardecer. se agradece la piscina que aunque muy pequeña sirve para relajar. Muy agradecidos. El cuidador muy amable y el lugar muy seguro.
