Buenos en realidad cuando vi el lugar nos encantó en fotos es precioso leyendo los comentarios veo que hay personas que no comentan cosas buenas sobre el apartamento pero les soy sincero el apartamento es perfecto es genial la ubicación es perfecta cerca de lo que es tamarindo actualmente y ya en el lugar el apartamento es grandioso la piscina es súper nos encantó el apartamento y la comunicación con los encargados es grandiosa en todo momento respondían rápidamente todo es perfecto y lo recomiendo 1000 x 1000 gracias volveremos por ahí pronto

We really liked the peace and quiet this space offers. So close to down and the beach but you don't see or hear any of that busy noise. What made it 5 stars was the responsiveness of the host and the people he has in place onsite. The space inside the apartment is cozy and we liked the layout.

Damian has a very nice and clean place. We certainly enjoyed our stay! A few minor things to improve on, there was a lack of kitchen items and no entertainment at the house. Other than that, it was good!

It was an amazing bnb to book!!!! Minutes away from the beach by walking, had our own pool and the owner and the person who managed the property were the best! Whenever I needed something both were quick to respond !!! Honestly if I were to go back, I’d book here again!!!! I booked this bnb the night before and it exceeded my expectations!!!

La piscina fue más pequeña de lo esperado, las duchas estaban en malas condiciones por lo que no fue nada cómodo, sin embargo, el lugar estuvo bonito, aseado, equipada bastante bien y en buen lugar. En general si recomendaría.

L'appartement est conforme aux photos et description. Il est bien agencé et la cuisine très bien équipée. Il est à proximité du centre et de la plage sans subir les désagréments du bruit. A noter, petite montée raide pour accéder à l'appartement. Si vous arrivez en shuttle, précisez l'adresse de l'appartement.

Host provided clear and thorough instructions on how to access the Airbnb to avoid any confusion. Condo was excellent and within walking distance from great restaurants, lively nightlife as well as a beautiful beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Damian’s apartment - it was exactly as advertised! Perfect location, just a 10-15 minutes walk from the beach. Check-in was easy, Damian was very responsive during our stay, and the place had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We arrived in Tamarindo and stayed at this location. I appreciated the location and its vicinity to the beach (15m walking) and restaurants (8m walking) while being in a very quiet and peaceful dead end street. We had to request some service for the apartment due to a bad odor comforter (damp/not dried) and tap water but Damian and his staff were very responsive to our requests and often present at the location to help us with anything needed. Internet was strong and steady for our whole stay plus the table is very suitable for working remotely. The kitchen was fully equipped and we appreciated the amount of space available for the price. The swimming pool is a nice amenities but the outdoor area was infested with mosquitos so beware. Overall we appreciated Tamarindo and found this location suitable for our needs at the price point we paid.
